NZ debt on Australia credit file

Can the unpaid credit card debt from New Zealand be placed on my australia credit file?

I’ve got debt of about $70000 in Nz. Mixed of credit card and personal loan. Due to Covid I can't afford to pay. Can I move to Australia?
