Husband is Zimbabwean citizen w/permanent NZ residency for 13 years. We are now pregnant.

Hello, We are trying to find out if this makes a difference to my husband applying for a permanent residency visa but we keep getting different information from immigration. We are recently married, I have a letter from my Dr stating that I am pregnant.. What happens now? If anyone has some solid information we would love to hear from you. Please don't comment with hearsay or guess work, we already have enough conflicting info and desperately need some facts as my husbands visa expires in around 1 month. I am Australian born and bred.
