So I'm an Australian Citizen but my husband is not.
I have been looking on google all day and can't seem to find the answer. So I'm an Australian citizen and my husband is not, how long would it take for him to be able to apply for residency?
Note: We are wanting to studying over their together.

Hey, I was born here in OZ and my wife and kids are Kiwi's, there is no time limit to wait to become a resident (Citizen .. yes) as soon as you enter OZ you can just start working, of course get a tax number from the ATO ! https://www.ato.gov.au/Forms/TFN---application-for-individuals/
