Am I entitled to any government assistance if I move back to OZ?

I was born in Australia mum is kiwi, dad was born in NZ but had lived 20 plus years in OZ.
My mum moved me back to NZ when I was a baby I have an Australian Birth certificate & traveled to NZ on an Australian Passport but now have NZ citizenship by decent through mum & a NZ passport.
