moving to auz
Can I move ro auz with 3 gbh charges and agg roberry charge that is 10 years old and only convictions

My best advice is to do as I did. I had to write a letter to the Aussie consulate explaining my situation, give them permission to access your police records and they will get back to you in due course with a yes or no. You can just move and take it as it comes, but you are risking being turned around at the border.
