How can I cross over my Cert 4 Business Admin qual?

We moved to Australia two years ago and both landed pretty reasonable jobs. I am now in the process of looking at professional development with my current employer, however I think I will need to get my cert 4 Business Admin qual recognised as an Australian qualification first before I can proceed further with more training. I've tried the basic google searches for an appropriate organisation but I'm at a bit of a lose as to how to go about this, does anybody know the correct way to do this?
