Does anybody know if Is it possible to ship via container the vacuum cleaner? I live in NZ and I'm planning to move to Australia. I know that there are limitations on some items, but I can't find a list.

Yes, you can send a used vacuum cleaner over to Australia. The dust bag and filter just need to be thoroughly cleaned first.
